one of those occasional updates
absolutely exhausted, and feel as though I have been for a month straight. texas then nyc then papers and more papers and more papers. 3 down, 1 to go and a final.
migraine today. the kind that pinches behind your eyeball, thru to the back of your skull, down your neck, over your shoulder and down your back. there’s been a lot of heating pad-ing and herbal oil rubs today.
made it to class for the presentation and to pass in my research paper (thank goodness). spent more time in the car than at school, but oh well. you do what you gotta do.
tomorrow: rest, maybe hang out with my old lady friend, paint my nails (personal weekly necessity) then teach current LEFTY seniors about my version of the college situation.
but for now, tea, compazine (prochlorperazine), dim lights and a few episodes of bones will do.
