truth. especially now, as I feel the rollercoaster of january and it’s ups and downs.

When I started this blog, I promised myself that I wouldn’t hide my emotional state of being. I do this with friends, loved ones, followers, and myself. I cut off much of the emotional aspect of these diseases as a defense mechainsm, mainly for those around me.

But I promised myself that I would confront the emotions, be honest about them, share them, relate to others, and stop hiding something that is a normal healthy part of coping with a debilitating list of diseases.
