true, the elbow length gloves may be a bit ridiculous these days, but I do love how (specifically drama) television shows have been dictating fashion- I mean, I love watching mad men AND it’s cool to wear joan holloway’s wardrobe out of the house. the 60s revival of colors and cuts has made me so happy. who knows what’s next? perhaps madmen + downton will create a whole new style of cloche hats with mustard cardigans.
